We sub-contract to other electrical contracting companies that don’t have in-house home automation skills
If you’d like to tender for projects that require home automation, but your team doesn’t have the necessary skills, give us a call. We can help you fill your skills gap so you can win more business.
If a project requiring home automation only crops up once or twice a year, you don’t necessarily want to pay to train your team for the job. But you don’t want to miss out on the business either.
If you get us to sub-contract for you, we’ll take care of the home automation. We can supply all the necessary equipment and commission it, and you can do the rest of the electrical installation. That way you can pitch for more tenders and we get to do the work we do best.
How it works
When you’re preparing the tender, call us and ask for a quote on the home automation components. If you give us the job we’ll give you a design and provide guidance on the installation if required. We supply all the necessary equipment during the construction phase and install it if you wish. Finally, we’ll program and commission the systems.
For example, in 2001 we worked with Banabelle Electrical on the complete redevelopment of the Sydney Conservatorium of Music. Banabelle installed a Clipsal C-Bus lighting system and they sub-contracted us to supply, program, commission and maintain it.
