Payment is due upon completion of the work, unless prior arrangements have been made.

A minimum call-out fee of $1000 applies for all jobs.

All electrical work will be carried out in accordance with relevant Australian standards and regulations.

The customer must provide clear and safe access to the work area.

The electrician reserves the right to refuse work if the work is deemed unsafe or presents a hazard to the electrician or others.

The electrician will not be held liable for any damage caused by electrical faults or incorrect installation where the equipment or wiring is deemed faulty or has been tampered with.

The electrician will not be held responsible for any damages or losses incurred as a result of power outages, surges, or other electrical problems beyond their control.

The customer must ensure that all relevant permits and approvals have been obtained prior to commencement of the work.

The electrician will not be held responsible for any damage caused by the customer’s failure to provide accurate or complete information regarding the work required.

Any disputes arising from the work will be resolved in accordance with Australian law.

By engaging the services of the electrician, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
